2. This application has been filed for effecting substituted service of notice through Paper Publication on the second respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application stands allowed.

4. The applicant is permitted to take out substituted service of notice on the second respondent by effecting Paper Publications in English Newspaper "The Hindu", in Bangalore Edition and in Kannada Daily Newspaper "Samyukta Karnataka".

5. The Paper Publications shall be effected within a period of two weeks from today.
