This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.13199 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
