By order dated 27.11.2023 in C.A No.391 of 2023, the applicant was declared as the highest bidder in respect of the properties constituting the Maxworth Vetriyur - I & II project ad-measuring 41.11 acres at Vetriyur Village. In the aggregate, the applicant has paid a sum of Rs.50,00,100/- and seeks extension of time to pay the balance sale consideration of Rs.1,40,99,900/-.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant points out that rival claims have been made in respect of the relevant property.

3. Learned Administrator concurs with the submission that rival claims have been made in respect of the relevant property.

4. By taking into consideration the aforesaid, this application is disposed of by permitting the applicant to pay the balance sale consideration of Rs.1,40,99,900/- in six equal monthly installments. 03.01.2024 uma
