2. Heard the applicant/party-in-person and learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application subject to proof and relevancy.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed subject to proof and relevancy.

5. Registry is directed to list the suit before the learned Additional Master for recording evidence on 14.02.2025.
