This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28017 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/3

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.273 of 2024 before the learned Principal Special Judge, POCSO Court, Coimbatore and the case posted for hearing on 03.01.2025. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28017 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Judge, POCSO Court, Coimbatore on 03.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
