This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1236 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.8(d), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.1236 of 2022 on 21.01.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
