ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection on the ground that the 3 rd respondent is interfering with her possession.
2. According to the petitioner, she has purchased the property by virtue of the sale deed dated 15.07.2013 vide document no.1436 of 2013, however, the 3 rd respondent is interfering with the possession. Further, the suit filed by the 3 rd respondent for bare injunction was also dismissed for non-prosecution on 22.01.2025, hence seeks police protection.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the documents placed on record.

4. In view thereof a blanket direction cannot be issued to the police officials, if the possession of the petitioner is interfered or disturbed, it is left open to the petitioner to file a suit for permanent injunction. In the meanwhile, if any attempt is made to encroach the property of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint before the respondents-police and on such complaint, the police shall enquire into the complaint.
