ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders, without fail in Crl.O.P.No.27554 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27554 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri on 23.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Mahila Judge.
