ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27426 of 2024 on 04.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06:00 p.m., until further orders.

regularly complying with the conditions, imposed by this Court and the case is registered in C.C.No.213 of 2024 before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur and posted on 26.12.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27426 of 2024 on 04.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur on 26.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
