This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1776 days in filing the appeal against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track), Tiruppur in Spl.

S.C.No.12/2018, dated 26.09.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission in regular course.
