This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11393 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24063 of 2023, dated 13.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day of English Calender month at 10:30 a.m., for six months. 1/3

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the second relaxation petition and the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.11393 of 2024 regularly and the investigation is pending. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11393 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24063 of 2023, dated 13.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
