Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.6(i) "that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No. 432 of 2025 of Sooramangalam Police Station before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem in Crl.M.P.No. 2580 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

ORDER

Earlier the Court below had granted bail to the petitioners/A3 & A4 in Crl.M.P.No.2580 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, with certain conditions imposed in Paragraph No. 6(i) of the order, which reads as follows:- "6.(i) that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) into the credit of Crime No. 432 of 2025 of Sooramangalam Police Station before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and on their executing bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem".

2.After hearing both sides, this Court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2580 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No. 6(i) of the order, which reads as follows:-

"that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on depositing a sum of Rs.12,000/- each (Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No. 432 of 2025 of Sooramangalam Police Station before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and on their executing bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem".

3.The rest of the conditions in Crl.M.P.No.2580 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025 imposed by the Court below shall remains unaltered. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
