Heard Mr.C.P.Goutham, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the original writ petitioner is no more, the wife of the writ petitioner, that is the proposed appellant, is seeking leave of this Court to file the appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the present petition stands ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause-title.
