It is represented that the Insolvent is no more. Therefore, Registry is directed to remove the name of Mr.A. Babu as counsel for the Insolvent(R2), while printing the cause list on the next hearing date.

The learned counsel appearing for the Insolvent is directed to produce a copy of the Death Certificate of the Insolvent to the Official Assignee.
