COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to accept the same cause title in the petitions in Crl.R.C.SR.Nos.51860 & 51867 of 2024.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner is not a complainant before the trial Court. The petitioner's son is the complainant. It appears, after the death of the petitioner's son no steps were taken and therefore, the complaint was dismissed.

3. These petitions to accept the cause tile cannot be accepted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition seeking leave to challenge the judgment of acquittal. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
