This petition has been filed to implead the Section as 395 r/w 397 of IPC instead of Section 395 r/w 395 of IPC in the above Crl.O.P.No.28269 of 2023.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.28269 of 2023 and list the same on 05.01.2024 along with Crl.O.P.No.27838 of 2023.
