This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.17531 of 2023 in Crl.O.P. No.21323 of 2023 dated 03.11.2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week on any working day at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first Saturday of every month for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
