This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to execute the warrant against the accused in C.C.No.2786 of 2017 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai and secure him and produce him before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Sub-Inspector of Police representing the 2nd respondent had stated that the respondents have not received any warrant from the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai, in respect of C.C.No.2786/2017.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to take steps for issuance of warrant. 11.11.2025 vsi 2/4
