When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C by the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.157 of 2024 on 08.01.2024.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
