This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph No.6(a) of the Crl.OP.No.26910 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 AM, until further orders. 2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai Egmore, on 05.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai Egmore on 06.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26910 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is modified.
