O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to furnish the copy of the free house site patta already issued by the second respondent in Plot No.10, situated at Samathuvapuram, MGR colony, Tharamangalam village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District to the petitioners whose name has been listed in Sl.Nos.48 and 156 of Memo in Na.Ka.No.81/2025/A1 dated 10.09.2025, on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The first respondent laid a plot in S.Nos.232/2, 254/2, 255, 256/2A and 256/2K to an extent of 9.09 acres situated at Samathuvapuram, MGR Colony, Tharamangalam Village, Salem District, in order to provide free house site patta for the houseless villagers. The second respondent found 259 eligible persons for the allotment of free house site and prepared the list of beneficiaries, in which the petitioners names were found in Sl.Nos.48 and 156. However, so far, the petitioners were not issued patta.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to issue free

house site patta to the petitioners, verifying the beneficiaries list, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
