ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 03.08.2022, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15988 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to register FIR and complete the investigation as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpat in Crl.M.P.No.3221 of 2018, forthwith. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent registered the FIR in Crime No.220 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 498(a) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, as against the accused persons. He also produced a copy of the FIR in Crime No.220 of 2024 before this Court.
