ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 02.7.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for issuance of separate patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 08.09.2000 and also patta issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.256. The petitioner made an application on 02.7.2025 for conducting the survey in the subject property and for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property by

showing the correct extent. Since the same is not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 02.7.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title document and patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and thereafter, the rectification sought for by the petitioner with respect to the extent of the property shall be considered by the 1st respondent and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
