This application has been filed to amend the cause title by striking out plaintiffs 1, 4 and 5 in the above suit pursuant to order dated 12.08.2016 followed by order dated 25.11.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint.

6. Post the main suit on 04.03.2025.
