This Sub-Application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition No.1207 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the aforesaid Contempt Petition for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12551 of 2012 dated 19.11.2018.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the proposal has been forwarded to the Office of Accountant General on 04.03.2025 for settlement of benefits to the petitioner from the year 1994.

4. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.03.2025, the respondent/Mr.R.Srinivas, IFS, The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Chennai has appeared in person before this Court and his appearance is dispensed with.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this sub-application is closed. No costs.
