This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 13.08.2025 filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a separate patta.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner dated 13.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
