ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 19.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired after issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5 and the same was closed.

3. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action.
