The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 16 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 17.08.2023 made in I.A.No.7 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.No.4132 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.3087 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
