ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2024, consequently direct the first respondent to include petitioner's name in the seniority list of Medical record Technician post and pass orders.

3. The facts of the case is that the petitioner is working as Lab Attendant in the first respondent office. The original name of the petitioner is Allimuthu and due to numerology he has changed his name as Allimani. The sum and substance of the case is that the corrected name was not carried in the technical certificates, due to which he has sent a 2/5

representation to the second respondent on 07.03.2024 and the same is pending till date. When this being the case the first respondent is going to prepare a panel for the Medical Record Technician, hence the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 14.03.2024 to include his name to the said panel. However, there was no progress till date. Hence, this petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2024 and pass orders.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a letter in Na.Ka.No.007209/Ni3/(1)(2024 dated 18.12.2024 wherein it stated that they have already included the name of the petitioner in the panel and sent the list to the first respondent.

6. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

7. In view of the above it is made clear that the respondents have considered the plea of the petitioner and included his name in the panel. Hence, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities to proceed further.

8. With the above observations this writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
