The present application has been filed to modify the impugned order dated 13.11.2024 by recalling the visitation rights granted to the respondent over the child on every Sunday between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and interim custody granted to respondent until the end of the Tamil Nadu 12th Std Board Exams that is scheduled during March 2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present application and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Count bundle.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also taking into consideration the endorsement made, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
