This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.38 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under sections 406, 409, 465, 468, 467 and 420 of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions submitted that the final report has already been filed in this case in e-filing No.LTN20230002584C202500189 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee on 15.10.2025.

3. In such view of the matter, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
