PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2023 in the light of the regulations in Tamil Nadu Telecom Infrastructure Policy, 2022 and consequently, forbear the respondents from putting up Cell Phone Tower in S.No.47/2M1A1 adjacent to the petitioner's house building at Door No.1/247 (New No.1/285) Erisanampatti Village, Uduamalaipet Taluk, Tiruppur District.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2023, in the light of the regulations in Tamil Nadu Telecom Infrastructure Policy, 2022 and forbear the respondents from putting up Cell Phone Tower in S.No.47/2M1A1 adjacent to petitioner's house building at Door No.1/247

(New No.1/285) Erisanampatti Village, Uduamalaipet Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that there is no proposal for constructing the tower adjacent to the petitioner's property.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
