His grievance is that the learned Single Judge has disposed of the petition filed by the contesting respondent, directing both the parties not to deal with the property in question or create alienation or encumbrance over the property. Since the petitioner is aggrieved as the present owner of the property claiming right through the private respondent in the writ petition, this petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file the above appeal, is ordered.
