Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the encroachment bearing S.No.142 to extent of 0.54.0 acres of the Vathittapuram Village, Thittagudi Taluk, Coimbatore District and consequently directing the respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 07.12.2023.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Form - II and Form - III would be issued now for furtherance of the steps being taken for removal of the encroachment on the subject property.
