This is a petition to condone the delay of 104 days in filing the writ appeal.

Mr. R. Saseetharan, learned counsel, who accepts notice for the sole respondent, submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying this miscellaneous petition and also considering the 'no objection' expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the aforesaid delay is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
