The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking to call for the proceedings of the 1st respondent herein viz., the Collector, Thiruvallur District in Lr.No.Rc.J1/20030/2002 dated 24.07.2002 published in Tamil Nadu Gazette dated 03.08.2002 in so far as the lands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the petitioners in survey nos.13/5, 13/7, 14/6, 14/7, 16/2, 16/10, 18/7 in Ariyalur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District are concerned.
2. Today (07.09.2017), learned counsel on either side submitted that the issue in question is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.2557 of 2003 dated 27.07.2009.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the above mentioned writ petition. No costs.
