This Application has been filed to transfer the civil suit from O.S.No.8518 of 2019 on the file of the VII City Civil Court, Chennai to the Hon'ble High Court to club the C.S.No.233 of 2020 for trial.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the suit in O.S.No.8518 of 2019 which was pending on the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai that the suit had been disposed of on 04.09.2024.

In view of the same, the present application cannot be entertained and accordingly, the same stands closed with liberty to the applicant to take out necessary application as so advised.
