ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.6/2025, registered under Section 194(1) BNSS Act and subsequently altered into 105 BNS Act, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in the present case, final report was filed and the same has been taken on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Vikkravandi in PRC.No.32 of 2025.

3. In such view of the matter, quashing of FIR does not arise at all. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
