This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28063 of 2024 by order dated 12.11.2024 that the petitioners shall stay at Karur and report before the Inspector of Police, Karur Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, Namakkal District and not taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28063 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, Namakkal District on the hearing dates fixed the by the learned Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 07.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector Of Police, Jedarpalayam Police Station, Namakkal District.
