ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, twice everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27923 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettur.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27923 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettur on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
