This petition is filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners, Mr.P.I.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent.

The delay is only 11 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
