This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent and would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal is condonned.
