ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.21126 of 2024 on 30.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur on every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, imposed by this Court and the case is registered in Spl.C.C.No.184 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur and posted on 30.12.2024.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.21126 of 2024 on 30.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur on 30.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
