ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.24053 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, that the petitioner has five previous cases and in the connected cases, this Court directed the petitioner to report before the Tiruchengode Town Police Station, therefore, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition in another case. Accepting the above reason, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Tiruchengode Town Police Station, everyday at 6.30 p.m, until further orders".
