A. Nos. 2226, 2227 and 2229 of 2024 in C.S. No. 32 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The fourteenth to sixteenth defendants have filed the aforementioned three applications for condoning the delay of 100 days in filing the written statement in the suit.

2. In the affidavits filed in support of the judges summons, they have stated that there was an application to reject the plaint, which dismissed on 23.08.2023. Thereafter, after orders were passed, these defendants have filed their written statements. They have been referred to mediation, which is in progress.

3. Taking those factors into consideration, these applications are allowed and written statements of D14, D15, D16 are to be taken on record.
