This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.22 of 2024 for the offences under sections 406 and 420 of IPC on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.22 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.137 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submissions, as the charge sheet had already been filed, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.
