The learned Dy. Official Liquidator has not raised any serious objection for allowing Comp. A. Nos.4 and 5 of 2025. The said applications have been filed to reopen and recall PW1.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavits filed in support of Comp. A. Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 as sufficient causes have been shown. Accordingly, Comp. A. Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 are allowed as prayed for.

3. The learned Master is directed to complete recording the evidence of PW1, within a period of two weeks from the date when PW1 appears before the learned Master.
