ORDER

The direction of the writ petition was to conduct a survey and to submit a copy of the report to the writ petitioner. When the matter was taken up, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, representing the first respondent, states that the survey has been conducted. A copy of the report has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. This is in compliance of the order. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.

2. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open for him to approach the jurisdictional civil court.
