This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.29 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.29 of 2019, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 20.12.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20220002121/C202400913 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore.

4. Since the respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
