M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' in plural and 'WMP' singular for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMPs have been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to paragraph 25 of the support affidavit, Mr.T.Vedi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the cause action and the issue involved in the writ petition is one and the same for all the petitioners.

4. Therefore, accepting the above ground/reason, the captioned WMPs are ordered as prayed for subject to petitioners paying or having paid separate Court fee. There shall be no order as to costs.
